With over 2 decades behind the chair, Stephanie is a Redken SES Certified Color Specialist and Certified Easy Hair Pro Extensionist.

An accomplished Licensed Barber Instructor, Stephanie is passionate about sharing her expertise in the industry with our next generation of barbers and stylists.

In 2002 Tracey made the decision to change her career and life forever by becoming a Master Barber. Now, 21 years later, her passion for the beauty industry and the betterment of quality education has created Aspire Barber and Beauty Academy.

An American Board Certified Colorist, Tracey is 1 of fewer than 3,000 stylist in the world representing the highest level of colorists in the industry.

Tracey has a Masters of Balayage, is Bellami Extension Certified
and proud owner and founder
of Salon Today Top 200 Salon:
Loxx Salon and Spa.

After 13 years experience in higher education, including serving as the associate dean of Nashville State Community College, Mike’s journey as a partner in education continues with Aspire Barber and Beauty Academy.
